The school has Phase A and Phase B of the program.

Phase A is in Homecare where they are taken through training in Cooking, Childcare, Housekeeping, Laundry, Life skills, First Aid, Home nursing and Eco-friendly Homecare solutions that support climate change. Once the training is over the students are connected to decent jobs in Homes through our partnership agencies locally and abroad. Mentorship continues even after placement as we continue to enhance their skills by monitoring and evaluation to ensure they fit perfectly in any home.

Phase B is Entrepreneurship which focuses on impacting skills in Entrepreneurship to prepare the women and youth to start small business so that they are able to have multiple streams of revenue.

As they work in Homecare their salaries go through a bank a bank. They are taught the importance of savings to achieve their future plans. This program gives them exposure to different business. This enables them to learn from experts the challenges and strengths of each business in the Kenyan market. Once this is clear they are taught how to identify the right business opportunity in their environment they leave in and possible. The business opportunity is then tested its feasibility and access to loans for startups is organized for them to kick off with the project.

This is empowerment of its kind as we provide experts to help them set up and guide them on running a sustainable business from scratch.
